The covenants of Cherry Hills require that all lot improvements be requested in writing PRIOR to the start of the improvement. Improvements such as (but not limited to) painting, siding, driveways, decks, fences, windows, etc.  Any exterior improvement that changes the look or aesthetics of your house should be requested in writing. These requests must be mailed to the board, at least 2 weeks prior to starting the project to give the board adequate time to review and approve the request.  Please mail your request to the board. You can also send it via email: cherryhillsboard@gmail.com P.O.
